Northwest Regional Primary Care Association and Community Health Association of Mountain/Plains States invite you to submit an abstract for consideration to present at the The 2017 NWRPCA/CHAMPS Fall Primary Care Conference.
General Information: The 2017 NWRPCA/CHAMPS Fall Primary Care Conference, in partnership with WCN, to be held in Seattle, WA, October 21 - 24, 2017, provides education and training, information and resource sharing, coalition building, and program and policy development for like-minded community health professionals and their partners.
Submission Deadline: Monday, June 26, 2017. Any abstracts submitted after Monday, June 26, 2017 may not be reviewed.
Abstract Notification: You will be notified by late July 2017, via email, whether your abstract is selected.
Abstract Selection: Abstracts are peer-reviewed on the basis of quality and clarity of the content, subject relevance (see relevant topics below), and strength of learning objectives.
Conference Content Categories: Abstracts should examine current programs, practices, and/or policies related to Community Health Centers and Primary Care.
