Call for Abstracts
NWRPCA/CHAMPS/WCN Fall Primary Care Conference 2015

Northwest Regional Primary Care Association in partnership with Community Health Association of Mountain/Plains States and Western Clinicians Network invite you to submit an abstract for consideration to present at the 2015 Fall Primary Care Conference.
General Information:   The 2015 Fall Primary Care Conference will be held in Seattle, WA, October 17-20, 2015. This conference is a cornerstone of our educational offerings. Each conference brings together experts and learners to share knowledge and resources, as well as to energize each other in the quest for continual growth and improvement in all aspects of the CHC world.
Submission Deadline:   NWRPCA, CHAMPS, & WCN will begin their decision making process on June 19, 2015. If your abstract is submitted by this date, we will review your abstract and get back to you by the middle of July at the latest.
Abstract Notification:   You will be notified by mid July, 2015, via email, whether your abstract is selected.
Abstract Selection:   Abstracts are peer-reviewed on the basis of quality and clarity of the content, subject relevance (see relevant topics below), and strength of learning objectives.
